Welcome to SufianWeb. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital strategy, design, and development services. By engaging with our agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, which reflect our commitment to Qatari Excellence in digital service delivery.
01. Scope of Services
SufianWeb provides comprehensive digital solutions including web development, UI/UX design, digital strategy, and ongoing maintenance. The specific scope of work for any given project will be detailed in a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal agreed upon by both parties.
Any requests for services outside the agreed SOW will be subject to additional evaluation and may incur extra charges. Changes to the project scope must be documented in writing and approved by authorized representatives from both SufianWeb and the client.

02. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, SufianWeb transfers all agreed-upon intellectual property rights of the final deliverables (e.g., custom code, bespoke designs, tailored digital strategies) to the client.
SufianWeb retains the right to use the completed project, including preliminary concepts and drafts, in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise. We also retain ownership of any pre-existing proprietary tools, libraries, or frameworks used in the development process.
03. Payment & Milestones
To ensure smooth project progression, payments are structured around defined project milestones outlined in the SOW. A standard project typically requires an initial deposit before work commences.
Standard Payment Schedule:
- 1 50% - Upfront mobilization fee to commence work.
- 2 25% - Upon approval of initial design/strategy phase.
- 3 25% - Prior to final handover and deployment.
Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may result in a pause in project work and potential late fees as dictated by local regulations.
04. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For clients enrolled in our ongoing maintenance and support packages, SufianWeb guarantees specific response and resolution times to ensure digital continuity.
Critical issues (e.g., site outages, severe security vulnerabilities) will be addressed with maximum priority, typically initiating investigation within 4 business hours. Non-critical updates and general support queries are typically addressed within 24-48 business hours. Specific SLA metrics are detailed in the individual maintenance contract.
05. Confidentiality
Both SufianWeb and the client agree to hold in strict confidence any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical data, trade secrets, and customer information.
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the project and remains in effect indefinitely, unless the information becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party.
